Common questions

Musaid isn't responding in Slack or Teams

It only replies when @mentioned, or inside a thread it has already joined. Check it's been invited to the channel.

An approval button isn't working

Only workspace admins can approve. Ask an existing admin to grant you the role, or approve the action themselves.

I want to remove Musaid or delete workspace data

Uninstall from Slack's App Directory or the Teams admin center — see Privacy for what happens to your data next.
