Not a Tool, Your Co-worker

Most AI at work is a box you visit. You paste a prompt, copy an answer, and go put the answer somewhere else. That is a tool. Tools are useful. They are not how work actually moves.

Work moves in threads. A deploy is blocked. A repo is costing money. A revenue review needs a deck by Monday. The people who can fix it are already in Slack or Teams — they just don't have the afternoon.

Musaid is hired into that thread. It reads the room, pulls from the tools you already pay for, and comes back with something shipped: a fix, a summary, an archived repo, a report in SharePoint. When the action is irreversible, it asks.

That last part is the job. A coworker who never asks is a liability. A coworker who only asks is a chatbot. Musaid does the work, then puts the decision back in a human's hands — in the same place the request was made.
