Lives where the work is

We did not build a web app for chatting with Musaid. The web app is for billing, audit logs, and connected tools. The work happens in Slack and Teams because that is where the work already is.

If your team lives in #engineering, Musaid lives there too. If they live in General on Teams, same. Mentions, threads, files, the lot.

The result is adoption that doesn't need a rollout deck. Someone tries an @mention. Something useful comes back. The rest of the channel notices.
